Island Patents is situated in a rural location in County Wexford half way between Wexford town and Gorey, near the seaside villages of Blackwater and Kilmuckridge.

Directions From Wexford

Go into Wexford town, onto the quays, over the bridge and take road R741 for Gorey. Bear right with main road in Castlebridge. About 15 miles from Wexford, turn right off main road at Kilnamanagh just after sign for Kilmuckridge/Morriscastle beach. Continue to first Y-junction and take right fork. Continue to second Y-junction and take left fork. Island house is first entrance on RHS, opposite a lodge with wooden fencing. Go through stone pillars and up long avenue.

Directions From Gorey

Go into Gorey town, at traffic lights in centre of town take road R741 for Ballycanew. In Ballycanew, bear right, then sharp left, following main road to Wexford. After passing through the village of Ballyedmond, pass Garage on RHS and Wells house on LHS. About 12 miles from Gorey, turn left off main road at Kilnamanagh just after a small church on LHS. Continue to first Y-junction and take right fork. Continue to second Y-junction and take left fork. Island house is first entrance on RHS, opposite a lodge with wooden fencing. Go through stone pillars and up long avenue.
